I guess almost every single road leads to Bowie. I listened to Blackstar and that was it: I was completely hooked. Then, some friends and I gathered to play some covers as a hobbie: someone suggested Space Oddity as one of our first 10 songs to practice and I discovered the echoes he had left in one amazing song by Enrique Bunbury (a Spanish songwriter) called Lady Blue, so besides practicing the song I checked his most iconic album as Ziggy then I played Bryan Molko's version of Five Years, and when he died someone else suggested Heroes as a tribute. Time passed and I still didn't mind Bowie that much.
